Energy Healing Sessions
A different relationship with your body begins here.
Whether you’re navigating chronic illness, autoimmune disease, unexplained symptoms, or simply feeling disconnected from your body, these sessions invite you to slow down, listen differently, and begin building the kind of relationship that supports lasting healing.
Available in Sioux Falls, SD and virtually.
What Your First Session Feels Like
There isn’t anything you need to prepare or perform before you arrive.
You don’t need the right words.
You don’t need to have everything figured out.
You simply come as you are.
We begin by listening.
Every session begins with listening.
We’ll talk about what brought you here, what you’ve been experiencing, and what stood out to me from your intake form. Together, we begin noticing the patterns your body has been carrying.
Then we begin working with your body.
You’ll remain fully clothed while resting comfortably.
As I gently assess your body’s energetic pathways, you may notice warmth, coolness, tingling, pressure, or subtle shifts throughout your body.
There is nothing you need to force.
Your body already knows how to heal.
Our work is creating the conditions for it to respond.
Throughout the session…
I’m paying attention to what feels overworked.
What feels shut down.
What is compensating for something else.
How your breath is moving.
What your nervous system has learned to carry.
As your body responds, I’ll gently invite your attention back inward—not to analyze what you’re experiencing, but to begin building a different relationship with it.
Every body responds differently.
Some people notice change within minutes.
Others notice it later that evening, the next morning, or over the days that follow.
There isn’t a “right” way for your body to respond.
Every session meets your nervous system where it is, allowing change to unfold at a pace your body is ready to receive.
Most people leave saying…
“I can breathe.”
“I feel lighter.”
“That area doesn’t feel nearly as loud anymore.”
“I didn’t realize how much I was carrying.”
Your symptoms deserve to be taken seriously.
My role is to honor your experience without inviting you to stay defined by it.
My role isn’t to replace the care you’re already receiving. It’s to create the conditions for the wholeness that’s already within you to be expressed more fully.
My hope isn’t simply that you leave feeling better. It’s that you begin treating your body like an ally instead of a problem to solve.
Support Is Never One-Size-Fits-All
Because healing isn’t measured by a number of sessions—it’s measured by the relationship you’re building with your body.
-
Every body has its own rhythm.
Rather than following a predetermined protocol, we’ll decide together what feels most supportive based on your goals, your body’s response, and your capacity in this season of life.
After your first sesion, we’ll talk through what I’m noticing, what you’re experiencing, and whether additional support feels beneficial. For those navigating chronic illness, autoimmune conditions, or persistent symptoms, I often recommend beginning with a series of sessions to give the body consistency and space to integrate before gradually extending the time between appointments. Some of the most meaningful changes happen because we refuse to rush what deserves our care. Rather than chasing quick breakthroughs, we focus on building a foundation your body can continue building upon long after the session ends.
My goal isn’t to keep you dependent on sessions. It’s to help you build a relationship with your body that continues supporting you between them. -
For some people, one session creates an immediate shift. For others, healing is more like learning a new language. Neither experience is better than the other.
Every body has its own way of responding, and every healing journey unfolds in its own time. If you’re feeling significantly better after one session, we’ll celebrate that! Sometimes one session is exactly what someone needed. Other times, it’s the beginning of a deeper conversation your body has been waiting to have.
We’ll let your body’s response—not fear or obligation—guide what comes next.

Many clients return because life keeps asking us to become someone new.
Every new threshold—a healthier body, a new relationship, a season of loss, a growing family, a business that suddenly demands more of us—invites us into a different relationship with ourselves.
As your life changes, your body continues the conversation. Sometimes returning isn’t about healing something new—it’s about learning to meet yourself differently than you did before.
-
Absolutely.
Many clients choose to complement this work with medical care or other supportive therapies, and I welcome that. Different modalities support different layers of healing, and each has its own role to play.
My role isn’t to replace the care you’re already receiving. It’s to thoughtfully support your healing alongside it.
The only thing I ask is that we stay in conversation about the care you’re receiving.
Every form of care asks your body to adapt in some way. Part of my role is helping ensure we’re creating enough space for those changes to integrate, rather than simply adding more.
I believe healing is most sustainable when your care works together—and when your body has the time and space to fully receive each step along the way.

Recommendations are exactly that—recommendations.
They’re never a predetermined protocol or a schedule you’re expected to follow. Together, we’ll decide what feels most supportive based on your goals, your body’s response, and the season of life you’re in.
For those navigating chronic illness, autoimmune conditions, burnout, or long-standing symptoms, I often recommend beginning with weekly sessions for three to four weeks. This consistency gives us the opportunity to build a strong foundation before gradually transitioning to biweekly and, eventually, monthly support as your body begins to integrate those changes.
For acute injuries, I typically recommend returning within three to five days while your body is still actively responding. Those seeking support for ongoing stress often benefit from weekly sessions, while those looking for general wellness may find monthly or six-week intervals most supportive. Clients who have built a strong relationship with their bodies often choose to return quarterly, or whenever they recognize they’re entering a new threshold.
The goal isn’t to create a schedule you feel obligated to follow.
It’s to help you recognize when your body is asking for support—and trust yourself enough to respond.
Some people naturally need a bit more guidance as they learn that rhythm. Others begin recognizing it quite quickly. Neither is better than the other.
Over time, my hope is that you leave with a deeper trust in your own discernment—knowing when your body is asking you to slow down, seek support, or simply give yourself a little more care.

Healthy skepticism is welcome.
